Practiceevery self-check question, one deck
Drill
All 148 self-check questions from the 29 sections, dealt in short sessions on a spaced-repetition schedule. Answer out loud, reveal, grade yourself. Reading a section once puts the model in your head; retrieving it just as you are about to lose it is what makes it stay, so a card you keep getting right goes away for longer each time and a card you miss comes straight back. Ten cards takes about five minutes.

How the deck is built
- The questions are the sections' own self-checks, extracted verbatim. Editing a section's self-check panel updates the deck (after regenerating
assets/drill-data.js). - Scheduling: every card carries its own review date, worked out from the record the drill has always kept. Its place on the ladder is your lifetime score on it, the times you got it right net of the times you missed: one rung is a day, then four, then longer at each rung, stretched by how rarely you miss the card and capped at three weeks. A miss costs a rung and makes the card due again immediately; the next correct answer buys that rung back, so a lapse is a setback rather than a fresh start. The due for review tile counts the cards that have come round, which means cards you have answered before and rested long enough; the ones you have never seen are the rest of the deck rather than a backlog. The deck fills with what is due first, loudest for the ones furthest past their date, and mixes in the unseen behind them.
- Weighting on top of that: a question you miss more often than you get comes up much more; one you have never seen comes up a little more; sections you have not marked complete are favored.
- The streak is console-wide, and it reads like uptime. Any study action is that day's heartbeat: a card answered here, an exercise marked verified, a section completed, or a mock exam task scored. One heartbeat keeps the day green on the dashboard's eight-week strip; a day with none takes the streak down, and unlike your workloads it does not self-heal. Ten answered cards is still the drill's own daily goal, tracked by the session line above. Streaks are a trick, and the trick works.
- History rides your progress file. Export and Import on the dashboard carry drill records along with everything else; Reset progress clears them.
